VESTA TP Heat Treatment was established as a service company under IDT GROUP A.Ş.. IDT GROUP, the parent company of the Özdeşlik Family, encompasses Sistem Teknik Sanayi Fırınları A.Ş., Sarvion A.Ş., Sistem Teknik Otomotiv Yan Sanayi, Sistem Teknik Isı Mühendisliği, and VESTA TP. The group specializes in the manufacturing, servicing, and modernization of heat treatment furnaces—an essential element of industrial production—and exports its furnaces and services to more than 60 countries.

Through VESTA TP, our aim is twofold: to ensure continuous access to essential R&D resources such as nitrogen, water cooling systems, analysis, and laboratory facilities, and to provide services to heat treatment companies, thereby enhancing their capacity and competence.

VESTA TP was founded to fill a critical gap in the heat treatment of large molds, particularly for the electric vehicle and aluminum extrusion industries. Our facility, located in the TOSB Organized Industrial Zone, will commence operations in September 2025. It will be capable of heat treating molds of all sizes up to 1600 × 2000 × 1000 mm and weighing up to 3500 kg.

In line with our goal of delivering the highest quality and cooling speed in heat treatment, our furnace complies with AMS 2750 standards, achieving Class II uniformity with Instrument Type C. It features a maximum quenching pressure of 10 bar abs, a cooling motor of 770 kW, and a maximum operating temperature of 1300°C.

This strategic facility, built to serve Turkey’s mold industry, is fully equipped with the necessary infrastructure for quality assurance and certification. With Turkey’s most experienced heat treatment team, we guarantee excellence across all types of heat treatment processes.
